IBOSF extends an invitation to bulk carrier operators globally. The forum's growth relies on participants leveraging their peer networks, alongside HiLo, to invite additional operators into the safety-focused dialogue.
Meeting
IBOSF envisions meeting a minimum of twice and a maximum of four times annually. Sessions may occur remotely or face-to-face, with a preference for regional participation. Face-to-face meetings could be hosted in Athens and/or Singapore.
